Acceptance of outdoor full-color LED display, generally from six aspects, color reduction, color block color difference, Mosaic phenomenon, brightness and Angle of view, white balance effect.
The reducibility of color refers to the reducibility of the display screen to the color, which means that the color of the display screen should be highly consistent with the color of the playback source, so as to ensure the reality of the image.
Color block refers to the existence of a more obvious color difference between adjacent modules, the transition of color to the module as a unit, resulting in the phenomenon of color blocks is mainly caused by the poor control system, gray level is not high, low scanning frequency.
Third, there is no Mosaic, dead point phenomenon Mosaic refers to the small four squares that appear on the display screen or often black, both module necrosis phenomenon, the main reason is that the quality of the connector used by the display screen is not up to standard. Dead point refers to a single point that is always on or often black on the LED display, and the number of dead points is mainly determined by the quality of the tube core.
The surface flatness of the LED display should be within ±1mm to ensure that the display image does not distort, and the local bulge or concave will cause the viewing Angle of the display to appear dead. The quality of flatness is mainly determined by the production process.
The brightness of the indoor full color screen should be above 800cd/m2, and the brightness of the outdoor full color screen should be above 1500cd/m2, in order to ensure the normal operation of the display, otherwise it will be too low and can not see the displayed image. The size of the brightness is mainly determined by the quality of the LED tube core. The size of the viewing Angle directly determines the amount of the display audience, so the bigger the better. The size of the viewing Angle is mainly determined by the packaging of the tube core.
The white balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the display screen. Color science when the ratio of the three primary colors of red, green and blue is 1:4.6:0.16 will show pure white, if the actual proportion is a little deviation there will be a deviation of white balance, generally pay attention to whether the white is blue, yellowish green phenomenon. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by the control system of the display screen, and the tube core also has an impact on the reducibility of the color.
The above six points are the basic acceptance points, but also the most direct and comprehensive acceptance direction, each suitable LED display must be designed, produced, aging test, before it can be put on the market.
